This has included as technical lead responsible for the drafting and refinement of the proposed plan, ahead of being publicly notified on 18 August 2023. More recently Phizacklea Consulting has led a group of committed planners from within and outside of the Council, to respond to submissions and prepare section 42A reports for hearings. As well as providing leadership oversight, Phizacklea Consulting was directly responsible for key topics/chapters of the proposed plan.
