SmartGrowth Industrial Land Study
The SmartGrowth Industrial Land Study identified potentially suitable areas of land within the western Bay of Plenty sub-region for future industrial development.
Phizacklea Consulting project managed technical assessments and undertook further investigations and engagement of short-listed areas at Ōmokoroa, Ōmanawa/Belk Road and Pukemapu in 2023 to inform decisions on the SmartGrowth Strategy Review. This included input from engineering, transportation and geospatial experts.
