Mount Maunganui Industrial Planning Study Te Mahere ahumahi o Mauao
Phizacklea Consulting developed a plan for the future of the Mount Maunganui industrial area over 12 months during 2022 and 2023 setting out a programme of actions to address identified issues and the needs of all stakeholders.
Te Mahere ahumahi o Mauao provides for the future development and use of the Mount industrial area. Key intervention actions were incorporated into the Mount to Arataki Spatial Plan. One of those actions is Plan Change 38 Business Land Framework, which Tauranga City Council are engaging on currently.
